Kuala Lumpur police chief Comm Datuk Allaudeen Abdul Majid told a press conference on Sunday (Dec 10) that the 42-year-old man who was detained for allegedly murdering his parents at Kampung Sungai Penchala tested positive for amphetamine, methamphetamine and morphine.
