Super Typhoon Ragasa wreaks havoc in Taiwan

Super Typhoon Ragasa, the year’s most powerful tropical cyclone, is wreaking havoc in parts of Asia.

The storm left at least 14 dead and many more missing in Taiwan's eastern county of Hualien, according to officials on Wednesday (Sept 24).

Meanwhile, Hong Kong raised its highest typhoon warning, prompting business and transport shutdowns.
