Sulu heirs' attempt to seize M'sian assets in Netherlands is illegal, says Wan Junaidi

The latest attempt by the party claiming to be the heir of the Sultanate of Sulu to seize assets claimed to belong to Malaysia in the Netherlands is another act of taking advantage and breaking the law.

Minister in the Prime Minister's Department (Parliament and Law) Datuk Seri Dr Wan Junaidi Tuanku Jaafar said, the action is against and violates arbitration rules and norms under the New York Convention and The United Nations Commission on International Trade Law.
