The Ampang Magistrate's Court on Monday (July 10) ordered a lorry driver to undergo psychiatric evaluation after he claimed trial to a charge of of reckless driving and causing the death of a 64-year-old motorcyclist on the Sungai Besi-Ulu Kelang Elevated Highway (SUKE) last month.
