Suboh: Ihsan Perdana appointed SRC's CSR partner on Nik Faisal's instruction

Datuk Suboh Md Yassin told the High Court that he had signed two directors’ resolutions to appoint Ihsan Perdana Sdn Bhd as SRC's corporate social responsibility (CSR) partner, while he was “on the run” in Bangkok.

The former SRC International Sdn Bhd director said he did so, after he was instructed by SRC CEO Nik Faisal Ariff Kamil.
