Strict governance has helped boost nation’s revenue, says Anwar

The administration’s strict governance through policies introduced has successfully helped boost the country's revenue, said Prime Minister Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim at an iftar event by the Home Ministry in Sungai Petani, Kedah on Friday.

For example, he said the revenue obtained through tax collection by the Inland Revenue Board has been increasing over the past two to three months, especially taxes levied on the wealthy.
