Special vehicle number plate series launched for Visit Malaysia 2026

A special vehicle registration plate series, VMY, has been launched as part of the Visit Malaysia 2026 (VM2026) campaign.

The Tourism, Arts and Culture Ministry said the move, done in cooperation with the Road Transport Department (JPJ), has the potential of appealing to those attracted to high-value number plates.

Bidding will be from June 13 to 17 on the JPJ e-Bid portal, with opening bids starting at a minimum of RM300.
