Spain confirms to receive hantavirus-linked cruise ship in Canary Islands

The Spanish government on May 5 said it will receive the MV Hondius cruise ship with hantavirus cases in the Canary Islands.
Six passengers were transferred from the ship docked at the Praia port in Cape Verde to a boat and three of them infected with the virus were evacuated in two air ambulances.
