Soldier charged with outraging girl's modesty at vape shop

A soldier has been charged in the Ampang Magistrate’s Court with outraging the modesty of an 18-year-old girl at an outlet selling vape liquid.

Zynetlee Von Zim, 27, pleaded not guilty to the charge when it was read out to him on Friday (Nov 19) under Section 354 of the Penal Code with using criminal force to outrage the modesty of the girl at the premises in Taman Keramat in Ampang at 1.28pm on Oct 5.
