Smaller oil firms join the fray in Venezuela to boost production capabilities

Since the capture of former Venezuelan President Nicolas Maduro by US special forces in January, the US-led oil and gas players including Chevron have entered into agreements to boost production capabilities in the South American nation. And now the less dominant companies including Crossover Energy Holdings and Hunt Oil Company from the US have also joined the fray.
