Human Resources Minister V. Sivakumar will appear before the Public Accounts Committee (PAC) on Nov 2 to provide statements on the Human Resource Development Corporation (HRD Corp), said its chairman Datuk Mas Ermieyati Samsudin in a press conference on Thursday (Oct 26).
