Rumah Bonda chairman Siti Bainun Ahd Razali on Friday testified in the Sessions Court that she had never kicked nor stepped on Bella’s belly while the Down syndrome teenager was under her care at the welfare home.

Meanwhile, the Court of Appeal ruled that the Federal Territory Social Welfare Department will be allowed to adduce further evidence in an appeal brought by Rumah Bonda.
