Residents of Chinese descent in Sisaket are offering steamed chicken jawbone to their ancestors through ritualistic prayers conducted annually. If done right, the spirits of their ancestors will continue to bless them with prosperity. And nothing goes to waste as the jawbones are eaten after worship.
