Sinkhole near Komtar causes traffic congestion in George Town

A sinkhole appeared along Jalan Burmah near Komtar, George Town on Sunday (Sept 21), causing traffic congestion in the city.

The sinkhole, measuring about 1.5m wide and 2.5 m long, is big enough to wreck a car wheel or flip a motorbike.
