Seven states disagreed to raise marriage age to 18, says DPM

Deputy Prime Minister Datuk Seri Dr Wan Azizah Wan Ismail told the press on Friday that seven states disagreed to raise the minimum age limit for marriage to 18 years.

The states are Sarawak, Pahang, Terengganu, Perlis, Negri Sembilan, Kedah and Kelantan.
