Seri Kembangan landslide: MBSJ to reinforce bank with steel piles

The Subang Jaya City Council (MBSJ) will reinforce the bank of a large drain near the location of a landslide on Jalan LP 1A/2 in Seri Kembangan, Selangor with steel piles.

Selangor Agriculture and Infrastructure Committee Chairman, Izham Hashim said work to install the piles was being carried out as a safety measure by an MBSJ-appointed contractor.

He said monitoring conducted by the MBSJ engineering department found that there was still ground movement in the area.
