Sept 4 decision on Najib and son's tax arrears case appeal

The Court of Appeal has fixed Sept 4 for its decision in an appeal by Datuk Seri Najib Razak and his son Datuk Mohd Nazifuddin to stay bankruptcy proceedings over failure to settle tax arrears amounting to billions of ringgit.
