During his visit to Politeknik Ibrahim Sultan in Johor on Thursday (June 22), Higher Education Minister Datuk Seri Mohamed Khaled Nordin told reporters that the criteria school leavers need to adhere to in order to get scholarship or loans are not as strict as claimed by certain parties.
