Inspired by her uncle, a doctor, twenty-year-old Chan Kit Vern aspires to give back to society through healthcare.

Now, as a Star Education Fund scholarship recipient, Chan is pursuing a Bachelor of Medical Science and Doctor of Medicine at Monash University Malaysia to realize her dream.
