Santhara: Upgrading work on drain in Sentul to be carried out after Deepavali

The drain along Jalan Kovil Hilir, off Jalan Sultan Azlan Shah, Kuala Lumpur will be upgraded to prevent flash flood from happening in the area again.

Deputy Federal Territories Minister Datuk Seri Dr Edmund Santhara said that after a site visit at the area on Thursday, adding that the upgrading works will commence on November 21, one week after Deepavali and is expected to complete on Dec 15.
