A Russian daredevil couple was arrested after scaling the Empire State Building's spire on Wednesday (July 1), unfurling a world peace banner and staging a marriage proposal.

Angela Nikolau and Vanya Beerkus are no strangers to Malaysia — the pair sparked an investigation in 2022 after illegally climbing Merdeka 118, then under construction.
