There is no need for any gathering at the court appearance of the man linked to the death of Rocky the dog, as the legal process is already under way, said Selangor police chief Comm Datuk Shazeli Kahar.
Responding to questions about a possible gathering at the courthouse on Thursday (Aug 20), Comm. Shazeli said a full investigation had been conducted and the case was now before the court.
He advised members of the public not to organise any gathering or demonstration in connection with the case, adding however that those wishing to attend the proceedings as members of the public could do so, as the public gallery is open to everyone.
