Investigators have drawn a blank over the source and intended use of the RM13.56mil found during an anti-vice raid by Immigration officials in Kota Kinbalu last week.
They are trying to figure out the answers even as Immigration officials arrested a fourth person..
Immigration Department director-general Datuk Seri Mustafar Ali said the stashes of cash may have been accumulated from numerous dealings including prostitution, human trafficking and migrant smuggling.
