Retired teacher's second career for his golden years

A retired teacher in Surin, Thailand has turned to growing melons for a living, earning a cool Bt80,000 (US$2,300) a month- more than what he was earning before.
Only identified as Tawee, the former public school teacher in Surin initially struggled to find a job post-retirement.
The 65-year-old eventually came across some information online on how to grow melons.
Investing Bt55,000 (US$1,600) for his new venture, he began growing these fruits in a 1550 sqft area.
He harvests the melons after 75 days.
