Anthony Loke says resignation from Cabinet will take effect once former prime minister Datuk Seri Najib Razak returns home to serve house arrest.

The Transport Minister said he had hand-delivered his resignation letter to Prime Minister Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim after meeting him on Monday (Sept 28) to discuss the matter.
