Ramadan bazaar trader’s recipe for success

31-year-old Mohamad Rasidi Razali opened his first ayam bakar stall at a Ramadan bazaar six years ago, armed with his father-in-law’s family recipe.

The father-of-two now has a restaurant and several stalls in the Klang Valley.
