Raids on companies are not deterrence but to make them better, says HR minister

Human Resources Minister Datuk Seri M. Saravanan told reporters after attending an event in Kuala Lumpur on Saturday that the recent raids and action taken against companies in Kajang and Klang were not deterrence but rather a way to encourage the companies to do better to ensure the well-being of their employees is taken care of.
