Rafizi: IPR programme getting more people to do 3D jobs

Economy Minister Rafizi Ramli on Friday (July 28) revealed that the ministry’s People’s Income Initiative (IPR) had been successful in wooing more people from the B40 low-income group to join the 3D (dirty, dangerous and difficult) sector which was once shunned by many.
