Puteri Umno calls for 30% quota in candidate selection

Puteri Umno chief Datuk Nurul Amal Mohd Fauzi says a minimum 30 per cent quota for Wanita Umno and Puteri Umno in candidate selection is an urgent need to strengthen representation at the state and parliamentary levels.

She says the target must be translated into concrete action to ensure issues affecting women and young women are reflected in policymaking.
