Pulai polls: EC expecting 70% voter turnout

The Election Commission (EC) projects a turnout of over 70% for the Pulai parliamentary and Simpang Jeram state by-elections on Saturday (Sept 9).

EC chairman Tan Sri Abdul Ghani Salleh told the media after inspecting final preparations for the Pulai by-election at Menara MBJB in Johor Baru on Friday (Sept 8), and urged voters to come out and vote on polling day and do not forget to bring their MyKad to the polling centres to make sure the voting process goes smoothly.
