Public Service Department (PSD) scholars will soon be receiving at least an additional RM100 in their monthly allowance, said Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim during a Cakna Madani session with PSD scholars at Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia in Selangor on Tuesday (June 13).
