There is a pressing need for Malaysia to attract high quality investments and become a key regional investment hub in efforts to spur the country's economic recovery and reform initiatives amid the uncertainties led by Covid-19 pandemic, says Finance Minister Tengku Datuk Seri Zafrul Tengku Abdul Aziz.
