Possible negligence part of police probe into Help University blast

Police will look at all angles when investigating the explosion at HELP University in Bukit Damansara, including the possibility of negligence, says Kuala Lumpur police chief Comm Datuk Fadil Marsus.

However, he said that police had to uncover any evidence indicating negligence.
