Police still looking into Meta's claim of troll farms behind fake news in Malaysia, says IGP

Inspector-General of Police Tan Sri Acryl Sani Abdullah Sani said police are still scrutinising allegations by Meta Platform Incorporated, which alleged that there were several fake social accounts linked to the police.

He said this after launching the anti-scam ambassador appointment ceremony at the Police Training College, Kuala Lumpur on Tuesday (Sept 13).
