Police looking for culprits behind child clinging on moving pickup truck incident

Police have detected a 12-second video on social media showing a moving white pickup truck dragging a child with her hand clinging to the driver’s door.

Acting Gombak OCPD Supt Noor Ariffin Mohamad Nasir said initial investigations revealed that the incident happened in Taman Industri Bolton, Batu Caves, Selangor, adding that police are in the midst of tracing the owner of the vehicle and social media account.
