Police identify two men seen escaping EMCO area in viral video

Police have identified two of the three men who were captured on video escaping through a barbed wire fence at a public housing in Jalan Kampung Pasir, Kuala Lumpur which is currently placed under enhanced movement control order.

Brickfields district police chief ACP Anuar Omar said the two men are locals with previous criminal records.
