Police detain local man for indecent behaviour

Police have detained a local man on suspicion of indecent behavior towards a woman at an insurance agent’s office near Kota Tinggi in Johor.

A CCTV recording, which went viral, shows the suspect allegedly exposing his genitals and masturbating before attempting to catch a woman in the office.
