Police deny senior cop given special treatment

The police are denying that special treatment was given to the senior police officer charged with murdering a Form Five male student when he was brought to the Ipoh Magistrate's Court on Monday (Dec18).

Perak deputy police chief Datuk Azizi Mat Aris said the tight cordon is normal procedure conducted whenever an accused is brought to court to be charged.
