Police confirm driver in 4X4 crash is not vehicle owner

Police said the driver of the 4x4 that crashed into a motorcycle recently was not the vehicle's owner.

Kuala Lumpur Traffic Investigation and Enforcement Department chief ACP Mohd Zamzuri Mohd Isa said this on Monday (May 12).
