PN to challenge deregistration

Perikatan Nasional will challenge the validity of its deregistration by the Registrar of Societies (ROS), says its secretary-general Datuk Seri Takiyuddin Hassan.

The coalition will seek a stay of the order and all its effects pending a court ruling on its legal challenge to the deregistration, he added.
