A letter allegedly written by the Prime Minister’s Department to the United States' Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) director Gina Haspel seeking the US's backing for former Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak's administration days before the May 9 general election, has been revealed by a news portal.
