PM: RM1bil to strengthen digital efficiency in public health sector

In his National Day 2026 address on Sunday (Aug 30), Prime Minister Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim announced that the Malaysian Communications and Multimedia Commission (MCMC) will allocate RM1bil to strengthen digital capabilities at 150 hospitals and more than 2,000 public health clinics nationwide.
