At the inaugural Asean-Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) Summit in Riyadh on Friday (Oct 20), Prime Minister Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim proposed an Asean-GCC Comprehensive Economic Partnership Agreement to maximise the economic potential of both regions.
