PM: Maqasid Syariah principles to be used in every govt policy

The Maqasid Syariah principles must be implemented and used as guidance by the government when developing new policies or strengthening existing ones, said Datuk Seri Ismail Sabri Yaakob.

The Prime Minister said that during the launch of the Keluarga Malaysia Keluarga Sejahtera book on Friday (April 22), added that said religious differences should not be an obstacle towards unity and harmony, and that Islam itself upholds the value of togetherness in the diversity of religions, races and cultures.
