PM: Malaysia working to evacuate eight of its citizens, two dependents from Kiev

Malaysia is in the process of evacuating eight of its citizens and two foreign dependents from Ukraine through the Malaysian Embassy in Kiev, while thirteen Malaysians had already left the country in the past weeks.

Prime Minister Datuk Seri Ismail Sabri Yaakob said that on Saturday (Feb 26), added that Malaysia is seriously concerned over the escalation of conflict in Ukraine, and called upon the UN Security Council to carry out its primary responsibility for the maintenance of international peace and security.
