PM hopes conglomerates will support development of the arts

Prime Minister Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim on Friday (June 2) appealed to conglomerates to support the development of the country’s arts scene, among others. He made the plea at the launch of the “Orientalist Paintings: Mirror or Mirage?” exhibition at the Islamic Arts Museum Malaysia in Kuala Lumpur.
