PM denies pre-empting Cabinet on cancellation of HSR project

Prime Minister Tun Dr Mahathir Mohamad on Friday brushed off claims that his announcement to cancel the Kuala Lumpur-Singapore's high-speed rail (HSR) project was a preemptive decision for the Cabinet.
