PM confirms RM6.2 bil highway acquisitions postponed

Prime Minister Tun Dr Mahathir Mohamed said the government has put on hold its plan to acquire four highway toll concessionaires for RM6.2 billion.

The premier told a press conference that after attending a roundtable dialogue with the international chambers of commerce on Monday, added that the Cabinet would decide on a new date after deliberating on the matter.
