PM announces RM5mil allocation for Zoo Negara, another RM5mil through CSR programmes

Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim has announced a total allocation RM10 million for Zoo Negara’s development programmes and conservation.

The Prime Minister said in his speech at the Zoo Negara's Diamond Jubilee in conjunction with its 60th Anniversary celebration on Saturday (Jan 27) that the government will channel RM5 million while the remaining RM5 million will be supplemented by funds collected through the corporate social responsibility (CSR) programmes by the companies involved.
