Plantation workers lift tit-for-tat blockade against Orang Asli

The blockade near Pos Tohoi -- which was allegedly set up by Musang King plantation workers as a tit-for-tat measure against the orang asli -- has been lifted, according to Jaringan Kampung Orang Asli Kelantan chairman Mustafa Along.

Mustafa said the blockade was lifted on Monday night after Gua Musang police intervened. He added that the blockade had cut off the village's food supply and access to schools and medical treatment.
